Kapeng Barako is a coffee varietal from Batangas, belonging to the Liberica family. It is renowned for its bold, robust character, often associated with strength and masculinity. With its intense flavor and rich aroma, Kapeng Barako carries distinctive notes reminiscent of aniseed, making it a truly unique coffee experience.

Strong, bold, and earthy taste with 0.8% to 1.5% caffeine similar to Arabica. It has lower caffeine than Robusta.
