Coffee bean orders typically take 3–5 business days to process, excluding weekends. Processing may be faster when items are ready for packing, or longer during peak seasons and when supplies are limited.

First, we check. Then, we pack. Then, it’s on its way.
Every order is manually checked before it leaves for dispatch, including coffee, accessories, and freebies.
Quality check & dispatch
Each item, including accessories and freebies, is manually checked for quality before being packed and sent to the dispatch facility.
Tracking details
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel during transit. When your tracking details are available, use our order tracking page.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
How long will delivery take?
These timeframes cover transit only. They do not include order processing time.
Standard shipping
3–5 business days
Excluding Sundays. During peak seasons or unexpected delays, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Cebu area
2–3 business days
Estimated transit time for deliveries within the Cebu area.
Local delivery
A few hours
Available via Lalamove for nearby Cebu areas.
Store pick-up
Once ready
Pick-up is available anytime once your order is marked as ready.
